  • Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Delivery Issues


  • Any issues regarding delivery, delays, or damage must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Return Policy

Returns


  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact for the return to be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items


  • Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags/packaging will not be eligible for return.
